Meeting 4/1/11
Come join us for the next MOPS meeting with speakers Milan and Kay Yerkovich!!!
Check-in time begins around 8:35; meeting begins at 9:00 am.
Milan and Kay will be speaking for the "How We Love Our Kids" conference next weekend at Bethel Church.
Milan is a pastor and teaches seminars on relationships and intimacy. He is cofounder of Relationship 180.
Kay is a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in attachment therapy.

Melt in your Mouth Sausages
Slow Cooker Recipe
2 lbs. Italian Sausage
48 oz. jar of Spaghetti Sauce
6 oz. can of Tomato Paste
1 large Green Pepper, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 cup water
Place sausage in pan, cover with water and simmer for 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Add sausage. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve on buns, or cut into bite-sized pieces and serve or noodles. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese.

Car Seat Updates
New recommendations for carseats:
- children should ride in rear-facing car seats until they are 2 years old
- children can graduate from a booster seat when their height reaches 4 feet 9 inches
- children should ride in the back seat until they are 13 years of age
